Transaction Flow
From Inquiry to a Confirmed Transaction
The route depends on the item: an indicative bullion estimate, metal-content or whole-piece jewellery assessment, or a separate manual watch review. Physical checks and agreement come before a final quote.
Photo screening
Share clear item photos and known details through WhatsApp. We review scope and the information needed; a photo reference is not physical authentication.
Confirm the appointment
Agree the time, location and proposed checks before visiting. Bring the item and the reports, records and accessories you actually hold.
Register and inspect
Record the item, condition and accessories, and separate observations, measured results and unknowns. Agree any procedure that could alter the item in writing first.
Written net offer
The offer explains its basis, any agreed charges, the net amount payable and exact expiry in Singapore time. Unresolved conditions remain visible.
Verify and accept
Complete the necessary identity, ownership and transaction checks, review the terms and choose whether to accept. A free assessment does not require a sale.
Company payment and handover
Record the agreed company payment, actual receipt and item handover. A screenshot is not cleared funds; payment timing and ownership follow the written terms.

Answers to the trading questions customers usually worry about first.
What registrations and qualifications does Golden Credit hold?
MinLaw registration: Golden Credit is registered as a precious stones and precious metals dealer. Ministry of Law oversight is limited to anti-money laundering, countering terrorism financing and countering proliferation financing (AML/CFT/CPF). SPF secondhand dealer exemption: Golden Credit holds the Singapore Police Force exemption for secondhand goods dealers. This is an exemption from licensing within its applicable scope; the relevant dealer obligations still apply. GIA qualification: Our professional background includes a GIA qualification. This academic credential belongs to its individual recipient; it is not accreditation of Golden Credit or a laboratory report for a particular item.
What should I confirm before buying a gold bar or coin?
Confirm the maker, weight per item, purity, packaging, quantity and actual availability. Reference prices are in SGD for the listed size, not necessarily per gram, and the source quote time differs from the site's retrieval time. Agree a written quote, applicable fees and tax presentation, payment and handover arrangements before purchasing. Category examples do not promise stock.
Is every watch shown in the catalogue available to buy?
The watch catalogue helps you explore brands, collections and references; it is not a confirmed inventory list. Share the reference or collection you are interested in, then confirm the individual watch, condition, accessories, availability, price and viewing arrangements manually. Reference images and collection information do not establish the stock or condition of a particular watch.
How does a watch purchase enquiry differ from a buyback inquiry?
The watch purchase form prepares your preferences, budget and notes as a WhatsApp draft for you to review and send; it does not save to the website inquiry records. To sell a watch, use the buyback assessment form, which saves an inquiry before offering optional WhatsApp follow-up. Neither route automatically confirms an appointment, price or transaction.
