Request an assessment for your watch
Submit any wristwatch for a manual assessment request. Share the brand, model and known condition so item suitability, physical checks and a written quote can be considered individually. Unknown details or missing box and papers are welcome to explain; acceptance is confirmed for each watch.
Understand the watch before valuing it
A watch includes a movement, case, bracelet or strap and other components. A gold-coloured finish does not establish gold purity, and total watch weight is not net precious-metal weight. Bullion reference prices do not automatically price a watch.
A watch containing precious metal still needs manual agreement on the assessment route; jewellery rules or gold weight are not applied automatically.
Prepare by brand
Watch brand assessment guides
Choose a brand for guidance on identification, condition and preparation for different pieces. Brands identify categories; acceptance and final terms still require individual review.

Individual review
What informs a watch assessment
Identity and authenticity details
Brand, model, reference details and documents are starting points. Authenticity and configuration need manual and physical verification; photos or papers are not an authentication result.
Running status and condition
Describe whether the watch runs, any known issues, visible wear and damage. You do not need to diagnose the movement or promise its performance for an initial inquiry.
Changes and service history
If known, mention replacement parts, modifications, polishing or service history. Incomplete information can remain unknown; its effect is assessed case by case.
Box, papers and accessories
Original box, warranty papers, receipts and accessories are optional. Missing box or papers does not prevent an inquiry; acceptance and the final quote need individual review.
Market and resale conditions
Assessment considers verifiable market information, the specific configuration and resale conditions. Original retail price, a brand name or gold weight alone cannot determine whole-watch value.
From request to a written quote
Share details
Provide contact details and what you know about the watch. Unknown details can wait.
Initial manual review
Review item suitability, available information and assessment arrangements.
Arrange physical checks
Agree timing, location and applicable checks before reviewing the physical watch.
Confirm a written quote
If proceeding, set out quote conditions, any fees, validity and payment arrangements.
Seller acceptance and settlement
Proceed after the seller accepts the agreed arrangements. An inquiry is not a completed sale.
Start with what you know
- Optionally share brand, model or reference, and approximate purchase or production year. Unknown details can be left blank.
- Optionally describe running status, visible condition, known changes and service history.
- Optionally note whether box, warranty papers, receipt and accessories are available. Do not invent missing information.
- This form does not upload photos. After saving, you can send WhatsApp yourself and optionally attach watch photos there. Initial inquiries do not collect identity or bank documents.
A saved record still needs follow-up
A successful save records the inquiry; it does not send a message, confirm an appointment or complete a sale. You may choose to open WhatsApp, review and send photos or details. Appointments, checks, written quotes, any fees and payment arrangements require separate manual confirmation.
General appointment inquiryWatch buyback questions
Item suitability and assessment routes are confirmed individually. Online information does not promise a particular brand or fixed buyback price.
Request an assessmentWhich watches can I submit for manual assessment?
All watches may be submitted for manual assessment. Brand, model, item suitability and assessment scope are confirmed individually. A request does not confirm authenticity, reserve a price or guarantee acceptance or immediate payment.
Can I inquire without the box, warranty card or full brand details?
Yes. The box, warranty card and known brand or model details are optional; leave unknown information blank rather than guessing. The effect of missing information on assessment and suitability needs individual confirmation. No definitive accepted-brand list or acceptance of every item without papers is promised here.
What information is needed for an initial watch inquiry?
Provide a name and contact details to start a manual watch inquiry. Brand, model, year, box and warranty-card availability, condition and service history are optional; unknown details can wait for discussion. Do not guess material, purity or weight. Initial forms do not collect identity, bank documents or unrelated personal information.
Is an ordinary gold watch assessed as a whole watch or for metal content?
Whole-watch versus precious-metal-content assessment must be confirmed for each item; jewellery assessment routes do not automatically apply. Total watch weight is not net precious-metal weight. Leave unknown material, purity and weight blank. Gold bar or coin product prices do not automatically value watches, and total watch weight should not be counted as gold.
Does the website upload watch photos?
No. The initial inquiry form does not upload photos. You may choose to send watch photos separately through WhatsApp and review them before sending. Photos should not include identity, bank documents or unrelated personal details. Saving an inquiry does not send photos or a WhatsApp message.
How are a watch quote and settlement confirmed after submitting a request?
A successful save retains the inquiry record. You may choose to open WhatsApp, review and send photos or details; this is optional and is not required to save an inquiry. Suitability, booking time and location, and any required physical or authenticity checks need manual confirmation. Check requirements and methods, the written final quote, validity, fees, seller acceptance, and settlement method and timing need separate agreement. Submission does not confirm a booking, complete a sale or promise immediate payment.
Important notice
This website provides physical gold trading, gold, silver, platinum, palladium and jewellery buyback inquiries, and manual watch assessment requests. It does not provide financial or investment advice. Gold references and bullion estimates do not price other metals, whole jewellery pieces or watches. Item suitability, final quote, checks, fees and payment arrangements require agreement after physical assessment.
