Sell Rolex Watches in Singapore

A collection name alone does not identify a Rolex configuration. Case size, material, dial, bezel and bracelet need to be considered together. Share what you know; an uncertain reference or missing box can be explained rather than guessed.

Identify the item

Rolex: details that help the review

Reference and collection

Copy the model reference available on your paperwork and name the collection, such as Datejust, Submariner or Oyster Perpetual. Do not substitute the individual serial number for the model reference or publish a full serial number.

Dial, bezel and bracelet combination

Describe the case size and material, dial colour and markers, bezel appearance, and bracelet or strap. Rolex lists watches by these configuration choices; a similar-looking dial is not enough to identify the complete watch.

Assessment considerations

What informs the assessment

Case and bezel condition

Photograph case edges, the bezel and crystal in ordinary light. Describe dents, scratches, chips or known polishing. Do not polish or replace visible parts simply to make the watch look newer for an inquiry.

Bracelet and links

Note the bracelet style, clasp condition, removed links and any replacement strap. Include loose links in the inventory. Bracelet fit and completeness need review separately from the case and dial.

Service and aftermarket changes

Disclose known dial, bezel, hands, gem-setting or bracelet changes and retain service descriptions. A service replacement and an aftermarket alteration should not be described as the same thing; unknown originality remains a review question.

Gold colour and total watch weight do not establish net precious-metal content. Gold product references do not automatically price a watch; a watch containing precious metal still needs agreement on the assessment route.

From details to an offer

Assessment and sale process

  1. 01

    Share known details

Provide contact and item details, including what you know. Unknown information can wait.

  2. 02

    Initial manual review

Review suitability, available information and the assessment arrangements for the individual item.

  3. 03

    Arrange physical checks

Agree timing, location and applicable checks, then review the physical item and supporting details.

  4. 04

    Conditional written quote

If proceeding, set out quote conditions, any fees, validity and payment arrangements.

  5. 05

    Seller acceptance and settlement

Proceed after the seller accepts the agreed arrangements. An inquiry does not complete a sale.

Prepare your Rolex inquiry

Provide only what you know; unknown details can be left blank. The brand is preselected and editable. It categorises the inquiry and does not establish authenticity.

  • Collection, model reference and approximate purchase year, if known.
  • Clear dial, bezel, case-side and clasp photographs, with serial details obscured.
  • Box, card, receipt and service paperwork inventory; missing items can be stated.
  • Removed bracelet links, spare straps and buckles actually included.
  • Known running issues, polishing, replaced parts or added stones.

Initial inquiries do not collect identity or bank documents, and the form has no photo upload. A successful save records the inquiry; it does not confirm an appointment, quote or sale.

You may choose to open WhatsApp and send reviewed photos or further details. Physical checks, a written quote, any fees and settlement arrangements need separate manual confirmation.

Submit a watch sell inquiry

Share the watch details you know; optional information may be left blank or marked unknown. Watches go to a manual review first. Brand eligibility and final assessment rules require confirmation. Gold watches are not automatically priced by metal weight.

Additional details (all optional; expand to add)

Additional details support manual follow-up. They do not create an automatic quote or confirm an appointment or item acceptance.

Send photos later

This form does not upload photos. You may send dial, case-back and box/paper photos yourself in WhatsApp. Please do not send identity or bank documents with this initial inquiry.

Submission records support inquiry follow-up. Item acceptance, valuation basis, inspection methods and fees, stone or component handling, payment terms and appointments require manual confirmation.

Rolex assessment questions

Request an assessment
Is the dial colour enough to identify my Rolex?

No. Add the reference, case size, bezel and bracelet details. If the combination is uncertain, describe it and let the review identify the missing information.

What if bracelet links have been removed?

List the loose links you still have and the bracelet fitted to the watch. Missing links do not require you to invent a complete-set description.

Should I mention a replacement dial or bezel?

Yes. State what changed and whether a service document explains it. Do not label an unknown replacement as factory-original; suitability requires individual review.
