Singapore Gold Market · Independent Manual Assessment

Sell Tiffany & Co. Jewellery in Singapore

Tiffany HardWear, Tiffany T, Tiffany Lock and other collections include different configurations. HardWear examples include sterling silver and diamond-set gold pieces, so a familiar design does not identify the metal. Singapore Gold Market reviews each submitted piece manually; brand naming is not a promise of acceptance.

Identify the item

Tiffany & Co.: details that help the review

Product number and material markings

Record the collection and product number from an existing invoice or record, if available. Photograph visible brand and material markings without interpreting them as an authenticity conclusion. State whether the metal or stone details are documented, personally known or still unknown.

Link size, wrist size and pairing

For HardWear, give link size separately from wrist size and actual bracelet length. For rings, record the current size with its measurement system. For earrings or sets, list every included piece, matching back and detachable part; do not describe a single earring as a complete pair.

Assessment considerations

What informs the assessment

Links, closures and settings

Show wear between links, the closure, surface dents and any loose or missing stones. Note visible differences between paired pieces. Clear photographs help identify questions for review but do not replace verification of identity, metal content or the condition of the actual item.

Shortening, engraving and repair records

Disclose removed links, length adjustments, ring resizing, personal engraving, polishing and replaced closures or stones. Retained links and service records can clarify the present configuration. Missing packaging or documents should be stated honestly rather than replaced with an assumed reference.

Metal and whole-piece assessment

Branded whole-piece review considers verified configuration, condition, completeness, provenance and available resale evidence. Silver is not assessed using a gold rate. Where metal-content review is appropriate, confirmed purity and net metal weight are required, with stones and other components treated separately.

Whole-piece branded jewellery assessment differs from metal-content assessment for ordinary pieces. Brand, craftsmanship, stones and original retail price are distinct from gold content. Stone handling, the assessment route and any fees require individual agreement.

Assessment and sale process

  1. 01

    Share known details

Provide contact and item details, including what you know. Unknown information can wait.

  2. 02

    Initial manual review

Review suitability, available information and the assessment arrangements for the individual item.

  3. 03

    Arrange physical checks

Agree timing, location and applicable checks, then review the physical item and supporting details.

  4. 04

    Conditional written quote

If proceeding, set out quote conditions, any fees, validity and payment arrangements.

  5. 05

    Seller acceptance and settlement

Proceed after the seller accepts the agreed arrangements. An inquiry does not complete a sale.

Prepare your Tiffany & Co. inquiry

Provide only what you know; unknown details can be left blank. The brand is preselected and editable. It categorises the inquiry and does not establish authenticity.

  • Collection and product number from available records.
  • Clear brand and material-marking photographs.
  • Link size, wearable size and measured length, with units.
  • An inventory of earrings, backs, links and set components.
  • Purchase records and details of engraving, alterations or repairs.

Initial inquiries do not collect identity or bank documents, and the form has no photo upload. A successful save records the inquiry; it does not confirm an appointment, quote or sale.

You may choose to open WhatsApp and send reviewed photos or further details. Physical checks, a written quote, any fees and settlement arrangements need separate manual confirmation.

Submit a jewellery sell inquiry

Share what you know and choose “Unknown” where needed. High-end branded jewellery can be reviewed as a whole piece; ordinary or unbranded jewellery is valued by metal content. The assessment path and quote are confirmed manually.

Whole item weight is different from net metal weight. Stone details help a manual review and do not confirm stone acceptance or valuation.

Additional details (all optional; expand to add)

Additional details support manual follow-up. They do not create an automatic quote or confirm an appointment or item acceptance.

Send photos later

This form does not upload photos. You may send front/back, hallmark and box/receipt photos yourself in WhatsApp. Please do not send identity or bank documents with this initial inquiry.

Submission records support inquiry follow-up. Item acceptance, valuation basis, inspection methods and fees, stone or component handling, payment terms and appointments require manual confirmation.

Tiffany & Co. assessment questions

Request an assessment
Does a Tiffany design mean the piece is gold?

No. Collections can contain different metals and configurations. Report the actual markings and available records; leave uncertain material details unknown for manual review.

Why are HardWear link size and wrist size requested separately?

They describe different features. Official product details list both, so include each known field plus current length, especially if links were removed or added.

How do I submit one earring or an incomplete set?

List exactly what is present, including backs and matching pieces, and photograph each item. Completeness and suitability are assessed manually; submission does not guarantee a purchase.
